Shipping
Every order ships from our family workshop, usually within 2 business days. At checkout you'll see live carrier rates (typically USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail) calculated for your exact address — what you pay is what the carrier charges us, plus a small handling amount.
Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart ship free by ground service. You'll get an email when your order ships.
International orders: we currently ship within the United States only. Outside the US? Contact us and we'll quote your address directly.
Returns
If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, tell us within 30 days — we'll replace components or the whole game at no cost. Photos help us fix it fastest.
Changed your mind? Unopened products in original shrink wrap can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping is on you; original shipping isn't refundable). Start any return via the contact page — please don't ship anything back before we've replied with instructions.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days of us receiving the return.
